7. Payments & Refunds
Payments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
If you choose a 12-week programme with 3-part payments, sessions will pause if a payment is missed until payments resume.
Late payments do not incur a fee, but services are paused.
Refunds
We operate a no-refund policy.
When you purchase, you are choosing to invest in yourself, your growth and your journey.
If you have attended any sessions, no refunds will apply as time and service have already been delivered.
If you choose to discontinue mid-programme, you may request to stop future payments, but completed sessions will not be refunded.
8. Cancellations
You must give 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a coaching session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be counted as used.
9. Client Responsibilities
By working with She Navigates, you agree to:
Attend sessions on time
Engage fully in your own growth
Take responsibility for your actions and decisions
Understand that “self-progressions” or reflective tasks support your results
Be honest and open in communication
10. Intellectual Property
